Additional rooms
We expect a property to have a kitchen, a living area, and hallways with an equal number of bathrooms/toilets to bedrooms. We charge for extra rooms.
Examples of extra rooms: Basements, indoor pools, saunas, gyms, games rooms, annexes, extra living rooms, and outbuildings. If you are unsure, just ask, we are here to help.
Shoot ready
We base our pricing on “Shoot ready” presentation. This means we can walk in and shoot, without moving or dressing anything. Read our guide for preparing a property for photography.
Help with presentation
If you require help with the presentation of your property, please let us know. For a fair fee, we can provide some props and towels. We can spend time on the little touches like laying tables, tweaking curtains and blinds, dressing sunbeds etc. Typically we charge €100-150 for this service.
